For packages damaged during shipping
Inspect your package on arrival for any severe damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to your item(s):
It is essential that you retain the shipping box, packing material and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier company.
Have all the information about the purchased product, including its shipping tracking number at hand when you contact the carrier.
Contact the local shipping company immediately.
Check their policies for refunding money in case of damaged products.
A1 Aqua will not be held responsible for damages occurring during the shipment and delivery of its products.
Delays of delivery
For delay of your delivery, please contact the logistic (freight company) directly by providing all the information requested by them.
Customs
A1 Aqua does not operate Customs brokerage services, and it will not be held responsible for the customs clearance of the products purchased by its clients. It is the client’s obligation to check for the local customs legislation, duties, import Vat, etc. A1 Aqua does not and will not operate as a representative or contact point of the clients towards the authorities if any product purchased will be held in custody of customs.
